PARTNERSHIP NOTICE. IT is hereby notified that the Partnership existing between WILLIAM ERNEST HUGHES, Henry Hampton Raywabd, and Ernest Smith Baldwin, carrying on business in Wellington, Christchurch. Auckland, and Dunedin as Patent Agents and Engineers, under the style of "Hughes, Rayward, and Baldwin," has been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. WILLIAM ERNEST HUGHES has taken over the business of the late firm with the exception of the Engineering business in connection with Golddredging, which has been taken over by Messrs. Raywabd and Baldwin. Mr. HUGHES will be entitled to receive all book debts due to the late firm, and will discharge all its liabilities other than those relating to Gold-dredging Engineering, and will in future carry on the business as Patent Agent and Consulting Engineer in the various offices of the late firm, under the name or style of HENRY HUGHES. Messrs. Raywabd and Baldwin will carry on business as Patent Agents and Mining and Consulting Engineers in partnership. KIRK, ATKINSON, AND WILSON, Solicitors for W. E. Hughes.
