IT is hereby notified that the Partnership existing between WILLIAM ERNEST HUGHES, Henby Hampton Raywakd, and Ernest Smith Baldwin, carrying on business in Wellington, Christchurch, Auckland, and Dunedin as Patent Agents and Engineers, under tlio style of "Hughes, Rayward, and Baldwin," has been dissolved by mutual consent. ' Mr. WILLIAM ERNEST HUGHES has taken oyer the business of the lato firm with the exception of the Engineering business in connection with Golddiedging, which has been taken over by Messrs. Raywabd and Baldwin. Mr. HUGHES will be entitled to rccoire all book debts due to the late firm, and will discharge all its liabilities other tlian thoso relating to Gold-dredging Engineering, and will in future carry on the business as Patent Agent and Consulting Engineer in the various offices of the late firm, under the name or style of HENRY HUGHES.
