NOTICE is hereby given that the Eighth Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the New Zealand Farmers' Dairy Union, Ltd., will be held at the Hall, Fitzherbert-street, Palmerston North, on TUESDAY, the thirteenth day of August, 1901, at 1 p.m., for the following purposes, namely — To receive and consider the Annual Statement of Accounts and Bal-ance-sheet and the Report of the Directors thereon. To authorise the appropriation of the Profits as recommended by the Board. To elect two Directors in the place of those retiring by rotation. To fix the remuneration of Directors.
