A DIVIDEND at the rate of 4 per cent, for the half-year ended 31st March last and BONUS at the rate of 2 per cent., making in all 10 per cent, per annum for the past financial year, has been declared by the Directors, and will be paid to Shareholders on application at any of the Branches in the colony on and after the 25th instant. TENDERS FOR GREAT COATS.

SEALED TENDERS, in duplicate, will be received in Wellington, by the Under-Secretary for Defence, up to 31st August, 1901, for tie supply of : One thousand (1000) Great Coats, Mounted Infantry Pattern. One thousand (1000) Great Coats, Infantry Pattern. Samples of Coats may be seen, and copies of Specifications and Conditions, together with form of tender, may be procured at the Defence Stores, Wellington and Auckland, and at the Militia and Volunteer Office, Christchurch and Dunedin.
