Mr. HUGHES will be entitled to receive all book debts due to the late firm, and will discharge all its liabilities other than those relating to Gold-dredging Engineering, and will in future carry on the business as Patent Agent and Consulting Engineer in the various oflices of the late firm, under the name or style of HENRY HUGHES.
