TO THE BURGESSES OF WELLINGTON.
T ADIES and GENTLEMEN,— I am a Candidate for the honour of representing you in the City Council. I shall, in the course of a few days, publicly Address you. Meanwhile, my platform is : — 1. Reorganisation of the Corporation staff. 2. The institution of a complete Electric Tramway System, but without extensions beyond our own City. 3. The proper maintenance of our Streets by similar methods to those in voguo in Christchurch, and without expensive wood-blocking. 4. Opposition to the Miramar Purchase Scheme, unless it can bo shown to be profitable to the City. 5. An adequate Water Supph for the whole City. Yours truly, F. G. BOLTON.
