Calnan led for the greater part, of the distance, when Hutchison challenged him, and made the pace so hot that Calnan had to give way, and be content with second place. Cox, who was some distance away, filled the third position. The Wellington Club won £27, and the Stars The New South Wales Bowling Association has invited a visit fiom our Northern Bowling Association at Kastor time. In view of the fact that both Sydney and Newcastle were represented at last yeai's tournament in Auckland, this invitation cannot in courtesy be ignored.
