We are glad to be able to state that Mr. D. Milligan has decided to commence business on his own account in Wellington as a merchant tailor. He is wen known as a first-class cutter, and, having only just returned from Paris> London, and New York, the centres of the world's fashions, he may be said to be thoroughly up-to-date in the very latest styles. We understand he has brought with him a stock of the very newest shades, bought for cash, from the West End houses; therefore it will repay any gentlemen, desiring to see what is now worn in London, to pay Mr. Milligan a visit when he opens out his goods, which will be about the first week in January. — Advt.
