WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL. EoO&ag ' POULTRY BY-LAW. NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, was passed at a Special Meeting of the City Council of Wellington, held on Thursday, the 26th day of July, 1900, viz. :— The Council of the City of Wellington hereby makes (by Special Order) the following By-law under and by virtue of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1886, and all other Acts and powers whatever enabling it in that behalf* such By-law to come into force ofl . the 15th day of September, 1900. The above-named Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on Thursday, the 30th day of August, at 7.30 o'clock in the evening. The ( said, By-law, deals with Poultry and Poultry-house's, and a full copy thereof is deposited for inspection at the office of the City Council, Brandon-street. J. E.
