SHERIFF’S SALE. IN THE SUPREME COURT. Between John Bryce, Plaintiff; and James Watt, Defendant ; and Between John Smith, Plaintiff; and James Y/att, Defendant ; and also Between Kauffman Samuel, and Jacob Josephs, Plaintiffs; and James Watt, Defendant.
Y virtue of three several Writs of Execution against the Goods and Chattels of the above-named Defendant, the Sheriff will cause to be sold by public auction, on Friday the 4tli August, 1843, at 1 o clock precisely (unless those executions be previously stayed), on the Premises Berhampore Farm, all the unexpired term and interest ot the said James Watt, of and in the Land, Dwelling-House, and Premises, now occupied by' him at JBerhaiupore Farm aforesaid, together with the Furniture and Effects therein ; and also the Crops now growing thereupon, several Head of Cattle, Horses, and other Live Stock ; the whole to be sold without reserve.
