SHERIFF’S SALE. IN THE SUPREME COURT. Between John Bryce, Plaintiff; and James Watt, Defendant; and Between John Smith, Plaintiff; and James Watt, Defendant; and also Between Kauffman Samuel, and Jacob Josephs, Plaintiffs; and James Watt, Defendant. BY virtue of three several Writs of Execution against the Goods and Chattels of the above-named Defendant, the Sheriff will cause to be sold by public aue ion, on Friday the 4th August, 1843, at 1 o'clock precisely (unless these executions be previously stayed), on the Premises Berhampore Farm, all the unexpired term and interest of the said James Watt, of and in the Land, Dwelling-House, and Premises, now occupied by him at Berhampore Farm aforesaid, together with the Furniture and Effects therein; and also the Crops now growing thereupon, several Head of Cattle, Horses, and other Live Stock; the whole to be sold without reserve.
