We are deeply concerned to have to announce the death of Mr. George Hunter, our respected Mayor, which took place on Wednesday night at d2 o’clock. Mr. Hunter was-among ..the earliest Settlers in the colony, and he had secured the regard and esteem l of the community by his kindness, intelligence, and probity. His doss will bewidely and sincerely regretted.
