TOWN, Accommodation, and Rural Sections of Land, for Sale by auction, at Nelson, being the remainder of the 200 Allotments originally reserved for Colonial purchasers. The above Allotments consist of three sections; viz., one Acre of Town Land, 50 Acres Suburban Land, and I 150 Acres of Rural Land. The Sections to be put up separately, after due notice, to 'suit purchasers, at an upset price,. according to their estimated value, to be ■ decided upon by the Company’s Agent previous to the : Sale. , 1 Many of these Sections have been chosen early, and are amongst the best in the Settlement.
