NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the partnership trading under the firm of Henry Whelch and Company, as Butchers, in Wellington, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All persons indebted to the above' firm are requested to pay the amount of their respective debts to Henry Whelch, and all persons having any claim or demand on the said firm are requested to furnish their accounts to the above for liquidation.
