a. meeting lor the election of twelve Burgesses,, six of whom shall be declared iyidermep of the said Borough, and the remaining six to form the Reserved Ljkt for the year ensuing, pursuant to the section of the Municipal Coporatiop. ©sdinapee, made 5 Vic.
