The Phoebe was to leave London for Nelson, and this Port, chartered by the New Zealand Company, on the 15th November, to convey passengers who do not come within the Company’s regulations for a free passage. The Catherine Johnstone spoke the -4/m,'Higgin, off Taranaki, bound to Nelson from Kalia.
