BETHUNE & HUNTER have instructions to Sell, without reserve, in the Long Room, Barrett's Hotel, on Thursday next, the 9th February current, at 1 o'clock, That very Valuable Allotment of Ground with all the Buildings and erections thereon, situate on Lambton Quay, and presently tenanted by Messrs. The property embraces 40 feet frontage on Lambton Quay, by about 90 feet deep, being part of sub-divided Town Acre No. 488, bounded on 2 sides by private streets affording further frontage. The stores and buildings are substantial, and their very centrical situation adapts them for any line of business. About 20 feet of the Lambton Quay frontage is still unoccupied, on which the premises may be extended. The whole forms one of the most eligible and valuable properties in Wellington.
