Riddlesworth is a dark brown, 16 hands high, with great power and beauty ; was bred by Mr. Thornhill in 1837. Emilius got Priam, Plenipo, Oxygen, and Mango. His sons and grandsons have, during the last four years, won j^66,330. Riddlesworth is now on his way from England, being brought out by Mr. Petre, and will arrive early in the season. The New Sporting Magazine , of February, 1842 will convince any one of the worth of Emilius’s stock. November 15, 1842.
