Important to Mariners. —A letter received at Lloyd’s from* their agent at Cork, states that Captain Hill, of the Guiana, arrived there from Moulmcin, reports to have found an opening in the Barrier Reef, in Torres Straits, two miles wide, in lat. 12deg. 12 min. S. The opening appeared quite free of danger, and is a new passage. Tn Coming through, Captain Hill also states, he saw the wreck of the Feryitsson, lost some months since on the Great Barrier, which bore S.W. by S., distant about six miles.
