AN ORDINARY DAILY AT 2 O’CLOCK. NATIVE RESERVES. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I am ready to receive tenders for letting the Native Reserves within the Town of Wellington, for such terms of years, and under the conditions hereinafter mentioned, having regard to the quality and situation of the land to be let, viz.— I.—Term of seven years, without any special covenant by lessee as to the value of buildings to be erected on the land. 2. —Term of fourteen years, with a covenant by lessee to erect wooden buildings to the value of at least seven year’s rental. .3.—Term of twenty-one years, with a covenant by lessee to erect buildings of brick or stone, to the value of at least ten year’s rental. Every tenant for seven, or fourteen years, to have a right to surrender his lease, and to receive in lieu thereof) a lease of fourteen or twenty-one years, from the commencement of his original tenantry, upon complying with the conditions annexed to the longer term.
