Resolved, Ist. That the extra rate on Dealers and Shops retailing any of the above, or similar Oils, be ss. per cent. 2nd. That the extra rate on Stores, Shops, or Public Buildings lighting at night, be ss. per cent. 3rd. That the extra rate on Wholesale Dealers, selling only by original package, be 2s. 6d. per cent. Resolved, That the Buildings containing the articles above enumerated, and the contents thereof, be charped the same rates.
