COCHRANE, BROTHER & CO. IMPERATIVE SALE, At Auction, THURSDAY, 4th September, COLES' MILL, PAPAKURA, AND THE ADJOINING TOWN LOTS, Containing about 1 AND a-half acres of the most valuable portion of the village, possessing an extensive and deep water frontage to the creek. The Flour Mill was designed for four pairs of stones, but only two pairs have been fitted up. With these, are preparing and dressing machines, and all the usual appliances for economising labour. The Machinery, Belting, &c, is all in good condition, having been but little used. The motive power is a large Overshot Waterwheel, to which there is a good lead, duly reserved by deed and free from interlerence. There also is on the property, that Large and Roomy Dwelling House, so long known as Coles' Inn, and capable of affording large accommodation, either for domestic purposes or as a Store. Tho whole property will be sold at auction on Thursday, the 4th prox., at 12 o'clock, at our Stores, Fore-street, where plans of tho property and also of tho mill can now be seen. COCHRANE, BROTHER, & CO. ' N.B.—We beg to observe that, as large quantities of Flour are imported weekly from Auckland into the district of which Papakura is the centre, we have no doubt but that the proper occupation of the Mill, and thorough working of it, would prove as profitable to the Miller as advantageous to the community. The Waikato and its own neighbourhood ensures an amp'.e supply of first class wheat, obtainable too upon lowar terms than in the city. C, 8., & CO. In the Resident Magistrate's Court, Auckland.
