HAVE been favoured with instructions from the Agent of the Executor of tho Will of the lato Henry Dangar, Esq., of Sydney, to Sell all and sundry tho above at Public Auction, TUESDAY, 26th Aug. inst., 12 o'clock noon, at their Stores, Fore-street. The Boiler House Contains a first-class Strong Cornish Boiler, with all its fittings complete, of twenty horse power, and having been placed but a short time previous to tho stoppage of the Mill, has been but little used. Also, an Oval-end Boiler, with all fittings complete, of twelve liorso power, and a superior feeding forcepump. The Engine Room is occupied with a strong and powerful tablo Engino of twenty horse-power. The Cylinder is M£ inches, and the Stroke 30 inches, with an efficient and weighty Fly-wheel of upwards of 12 feet in diameter. The Mill has three pairs best French Buhr Stones, in most excellent order, and together with their gear complete; a very superior Patent Smutting Machine with preparatory shaking Riddle, and two Flour Machines, ono of which is the best and the latest Patent obtainable at the time of purchase. One Hoisting Tackle, Shifting Carriages and Driving Bands complete. Numerous Bins and all other needful appliances. Hydraulic Arrangements. Thero is a capacious slate Tank imported from England at much cost and calculated to contain 4000 gallons. Also, a deep well in tho foundation floor, ever filled with water, and likewise a large Hotwatcr Cistern for supplying the Boilers with heated water, whereby much saving is effected. The Building itself is of tho most durable construction, having bad no expense spared upon it that could in any way havo contributed to its strength or added to its convenience. Although not employed for several years, owing to the peculiar legal circumstances in which the premises were placed, the entire machinery is now in tho very best order, ready for immediate working. For this, as well as the suitability and excellence of the mechanical and other works of the Mill, we refer to Mr. Vickcry, who has just given it. a thorough supervision. BROTHER, & CO,
