NOTICE is hereby given that all Pcrsonsldesiring to avail themselves of the provisions of the " Pensioners' Claims Act, 1861," and the "Auckland Immigration Certificate Act 1858 Amendment Act, 1861," must send in their claims to the undersigned Commissioner, through the Post, on or before the 11th day of September next, after which date no claims will bo received. , _ I Claims should be made in the following form, printed copies whereof can be obtained at the Publishing Offices of the New-Zealander, Southern Cross, and Aucklander newspapers.
