AUCKLAND STOCK AND SHARE MARKET
Auckland Stock Exchange. The share market during the whole of the past week has been very inactive, and nothing worthy to record has taken place in it. My usual weekly communication has not come to ,hand, and therefore I am unable to state anything more definite respecting the leader in No. 8 claim than what I reported last week. Desultory discoveries of quartz specimens have lately been made in the locality .of the Driving Creek, but until the present unfavourable weather ceases, no energetic operations on the reefs can be properly carried on.
