LOT J. All that Property in Shortland-street known as Mr. Hughes's GROCERY STORE, with the GOOD-WILL of the Business. Bounded on ihe North by Shortland-street 52 feet, on the East by Allotment No. 8, L-iO feet, on the South by the second lot in this catalogue 50 feet, and on the West by Thompson's Lane, leading to Chancerystreet, 440 feet. The BUILDING (erected on a substantial scoria foundation) comprises a large SHOP, covering the entire frontage, a Hack Parlour and Breakfast-room, with three Bed-rooms on the first floor; a Drawing-room on the second floor, 20 feet by 12 feet, and two Side Booms.
