HANSARD has been favoured with the instructions of T. McDonnell, Esq., to sell (should an immediate purchaser offer) That Splendid Estate UPON THE HOKIANGA RIVER, MOTURARARI. There arc few, who have been any lime in New Zealand, to whom this property is not known, actually or by representation; no description, therefore, which Mr. Hansard can pen would be so likely to lead them to immediate attention to this Sale, as their conviction of their own interests will undoubtedly do. He therefore confines himself to this short summary. There is a frontage of about a mile to this splendid River, in which a vessel of any size can lie opposite to the properly. The quantity of the land is 2560 acres, various portions of which have, at a former lime, been cleared.
