There arc few, who have been any lime in New Zealand, to whom this property is not known, actually or by representation; no description, therefore, which Mr. Hansard can pen would be so likely to lead them to immediate attention to this Sale, as their conviction of their own interests will undoubtedly do. He therefore confines himself to this short summary. There is a frontage of about a mile to this splendid River, in which a vessel of any size can lie opposite to the properly. The quantity of the land is 2560 acres, various portions of which have, at a former lime, been cleared. The land is all of the finest description, a (great proportion being available agricultural land. Timber of all descriptions, especially that most suitable for sliip-buildiug purposes, abounds. The many natural features of the land, (such as its intersection by large creeks in several parts,) it will at once be seen cannot be explained in an advertisement, but may be learnt on application.
