[From the “ Sydney UeralJ” (Extra), Sept 9.] This morning the Madras arrived at halfpast 5, bringing the English mail in GO days. Captain Par lilt has, on this occasion, exceeded all his previous efforts, and it is the first time the mail has ever been delivered in so short a space of time. The P. and 0. Company are evidently determined to do their best in the mail service to these colonies.
