TITHE REAS the following Blocks of ▼ T Land have been recently purchased from the natives, notice is hereby given that applications will be received at this office on and after the 25th day of September, 1854, from persons desirous of purchasing any part of the said blocks at 10s. per acre. If more than one application for the same piece of land should be received during the usual office hours on the day abovementioned, they will be regarded as simultaneous applications, and the land offered for sale by public auction, in accordance with the regulations of the 4th March, 1-853. Omani , situated on the island of Waiheke, containing about 2000 acres. Kaihau, containing about 300 acres, situated on South-west Shore of the Manukau, near Te Kauri. Taitomo, containing about 3000 acres, situated on the West Coast, between Kaipara and Manukau Harbors, adjoining the Pae o te Rang! Block. Parekakau, containing about 1,500 acres, situated at the head of the Orewa River. Kaurau'hero, containing about 19,000 acres, situated at Mahurangi, and known also as * The Kaipara Flats.” Ahuroa, containing about 12,000 acres, situated to the South of the above, and admining the Kaurawhero block, J C. W. Ligar, Surveyor-General, Surveyor-General’s Office, Auckland, 18th August, 1854. NOTICE. THE undermentioned Allotments of Land will be put up to Auction, at the Court House, Auckland, on Monday, the 25ih ireptember, J 851, at eleven o’clock. Ten per cent, of the purchase-money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.
