If more than one application for the same piece of land should be received during the usual office hours on the day abovementioned, they will be regarded as simultaneous applications, and the land offered for sale by public auction, in accordance with the regulations of the 4th March, 1853. Omani, situated on the island of Waiheke, containing about 2000 acres. Kaihau, containing about 300 acres, situated on South-west Shore of the Manukau, near Te Kauri.
