Tenders to state the lime when the Flax will be ready for shipment, and also the rate, per ton, at which the same will be delivered at the Commissariat Wharf in Sydney. Each Tender to be sent in, in duplicate, and accompanied by a statement signed by two competent persons, expressing their readiness, in the event of the Tender being accepted, to become sureties for its due performance by entering into a Bond, the penalty of which, together with every information relative to these services, may be obtained at the Barrack-master's Olfice, Point Britomart, on any day before the 18th proximo, where also forms of lender may be seen.
