His long, and almost unbroken residence in the colony, and his intimate connection with its varied interests, as also his very extended circle of friendships, induce him to expect a fair share of public support, which he will at least justify by prompt and untiring zeal. To this business hchas united a connection with Melbourne, and has made several Sales of Auckland properties in that market, where he will always keep a list of properties here entrusted to him for disposal. He is already favored with instructions of sale of some fine properties in the interior, of Rural and Suburban Lands, and of City Allotments and Premises, particulars and plans of which may be seen at his office.
