If; Troops and for Navy purposes at Auckland, having given the stipulated notice to discontinue his contract, Tenders will be received at this office until noon on Thursday, the 43th October next, from persons willing to supply from Ist December, 1853, to 31st March, 1854. Troops at the Bay of Islands, having given the stipulated notice to discontinue his contract, Tenders will be received at this office until noon on Thursday, the 6th of October next, from persons willing to supply from Ist November, 4853, to 51st March, 1854. Persons whose tenders may be accepted Will be required to give reasonable security for the due performance of their engagements. Every particular relative to these services may be obtained on application at the Bar-rack-Master's Offices, Auckland, and the Whapau, where also forms of tender can be seen. Wm.
