AS the advantages attending the working of the Auckland Land Association, established in October, 1832, have become more generally known, a considerable number have been added to its list of members, many others have expressed their desire to join in membership, but have been deterred by the (now considerable) amount necessary to be paid up for back subscriptions. To suit these it has been proposed to establish a New Association on precisely the same plan as that now in existence.
