LAND AGENCY. Q A. WOOD begs to announce that nehas O. determined to commence business in Auckland as a LAND AND GENERAL COMMISSION AGENT. His long residence in this country (dating anterior to its becoming a British Colony) and his personal experience in its land affairs, enable him to bring to this new vocation a practical Knowledge of its details. His business in Auckland will be conducted in connexion with a Melbourne Agency of the highest respectability, and will offer the greatest facilities to the Sale of New Zealand Lands in the Port Phillip Market, and the execution of Meibourneorders for investment in the New Zealand market. He is already honored with instructions of sale of several New Zealand Estates. With these views he is on the point of proceeding to Melbourne, to complete his arrangements there, and will return forthwith to become a permanent resident. In the meantime communications may follow him to care of Messrs. Henderson and McFarlane, Melbourne. Auckland, 17th June, 1805.
