The Moa, which arrived on Tuesday has had a fine passage of seven days from Sydney, having sailed from that port or the evening of Monday the 16tli inst. The Watcriily, hence IBth May, arrived at Sydney, on the 1 Ith inst. and has laid on again for this port. The Algerine, was also Laid on for Auckland. The Cleopatra, steamer, bad arrived at Sydney from Melbourne ; after two more trips she was to return to England, by way of the Cape of Good Hope, not Cape Horn as had been previously announced. The barque Commodore, Captain James Broadfoot, which arrived yesterday morning, sailed from Sydney, on the 11th inst. with upwards o? 2000 sheep. She has lest only about 200 out of this large number, the moat of which died shortly after the vessel left the harbour. She experienced coarse weather throughout. Captain Broadfoot reports having sighted a largo vesrel, under close reefed topsails, off the Bay of Islands. The Hellespont steamer, was sold at Sydney, for £i0,500, to Messrs. Robey Weekos and Lloyds.
