RENDERS for supplying the following 3 Articles for IL M.“ 38th Regiment, at Auckland, will he received at this Office, until noon of Wednesday, the 251h instant, viz.: The quantities likely to be required may be ascertained from the Quarter-master, 58th Regiment. The Supplies will have to be delivered at Albert Barracks daily, at the same hours as the rations of bread and meat are delivered. Each Tender must comprise all the articles required. Tenders for portions thereof not being eligible for acceptance. The supplies to be of the best quality and description, and to be subject to the approval of a Board of Officers appointed by the Officer in command of the Regiment. The contract to last for three months, commencing on the Ist proximo, unless previously terminated by a month’s notice giving for that purpose in writing by either parly. The person taking the Contract must be prepared to give ample security for its proper fulfilment. Payment for the supplies furnished will be made weekly by the Regiment. Chas.
