"Kappa” has not complied with our fixed and frequently stated rule of requiring to be entrusted by correspondents with their real name?. Even bad he done so, however, we should suggest that his communication might more properly be addressed to the Editor of the publication to which he refers, and which, it may be presumed, is seen by the persons who would be most likely to enter into his suggestions. u Il’s” plea for an improved ventilation of St. Paul’s Church, should, we think, be addressed to the Oliice Bearers piivately, rather than through the columns of a newspaper. We cannot doubt that the friendly tone in which it is offered would secure for it every practicable attention on tbeir part.
