''FENDERS will be received at this Office, -I- until noon of Wednesday the 9th March next, from persons willing to Contract for furnishing the undermentioned Supplies in such quantities, at such limes, and at such places, within the District of the Bay of Islands, as may be directed by, or on behalf of the Undersigned, or his Successor in Office, during the twelve calendar months commencing Ist April next, viz.:— Fresh Meat, \ Bread, - 1 Sperm Candles, of English Man u-1 facture, ' Dip Candles, f Mould Candles, I Vegetables, for ships of War or ] Transports, ) at per lb. Firewood, at per lOOlbs. FOR HOSPITALS. Fresh Beef or Mut ton, Fine Bread, Flour, Arrowroot, Sago, Rice, Tea, Sugar, Oatmeal, Salt, Yellow Soap, Pearl Barley, Mixed Vegetables, ] Potatoes, / Porter, Port Wine, Brandy, each at per bottle Milk, Vinegar, each at per pint Eggs, at per dozen Fowls, each. The Conditions under which the supplies will be received, are the same as those laid down in the Commissariat Advertisement inviting Tenders for the Auckland District, as it appears in this Newspaper.
