Description of Run. Situated at the head of the Waitemata River, on the Rangatopani Creek. Bounded on the west by Andrew Rooney’s and Native land ; on the north by Native land; on the east by Morris Kelly’s lease land ; on the south by deeded land of Jn. Faire, junior. Estimated to contain about two thousand five hundred (2500) acres, Edward Mayne, Commissioner of Crown Lands. Commissioner of Crown Lands’ Office, Auckland, 15th January, 1853.
