CONNELL </• RIDINGS Bog to announce that they have received instructions from the Proprietor, Percival Berrey, Esq., (who is about to leave the colony for a lime) to sell by Public Auction, at his residence, at Pukikawa, on a day to be named in a future advertisement, THE WHOLE OF THE HOUSEHOLD 1 FURNITURE, WINES, LIVE-STOCK, and other Personal Property. Messrs. C. & R. can with satisfaction call particular attention to this Sale, as they will have it in their power to offer some of the very choicest articles of the above-mentioned effects—particularly the Pictures, Wines, Horses, and Cows.
