FARMERS OR CAPITALISTS.

FOR PRIVATE SALE.

A FARM of 180 acres of good fern Land, -£*- situated at Papaknra, with a frontage to the Great South Road leading to Waikalo, and bounded by the Papakura River. This purchase recommends itself to farmers, being all available land for ploughing, and can be cleared at a very moderate outlay. To speculators it presents a safe investment; beside the advantage of a stream sufficiently strong to turn a mill, and being three or four miles nearer Auckland than the nearest Government Land in that rising district — having been pprchased with scrip, it can be sold for less than the usual upset price.
