r J HE Undersigned Committee, appointed *- at the Meeting held at the Exchange Hotel, on Monday, October 41th, are prepared to pay a reward of 1500 certain, and such further sum as lhe net subscriptions shall amount to (probably £500 more) to the first person who shall discover, and make known to them a valuable gold field, situate in this district of New Zealand, between the 35 ° 40', and 58 ° of south latitude. The value of the gold field must be proved lo the saiisfaclion of lhe Committee, before
