GOLD CIRCULAR. The great volume of population beginning to pour into the sister colony of Victoria is more a matter of rejoicino- for Sydney then ior Melbourne. The want of shelter and the want of food will force a considerable portion, and the best portion, of the new strearab upon our diggings; and in the course of the next three months, our receipts of gold dust may be calculated to be equal to any from Mount Alexander. Late intelligence does not lead to the conclusion that the production of dust in Victoiia is on the increase, notwithstanding the vast accessions to her population, while some returned diggers give lamentable accounts of failure.
