ARRIVAL. Oct. G — Moa, brig, 281 tons, Bowden, from Sydney. Passengers — Mrs. "VVynyard, and servant, Mr. "WC Kenyon, Mrs. "Loirenson, Miss Newton, & Robt. Horn. — W. S. Grahame, agent. v.
I The Moa sailed from Sydney on the morning of [the 23rd ult., and has had a fair passage clown of [thirteen days, northerly winds prevailing throughput. She passed a ship, supposed to be the Joseph Fletcher, off Cape Brett, on Monday. H.M.B. Fantome arrived at Sydney, from Melbourne, on the 16th ult. : the 11. M. Company's steamer Australian had much difficulty in keeping her hands Ur-several crews had deserted from her in Sydney ■;rbour, and she was only about to start on her Bune voyage the day the Moa left. The Warratah garner arrived from Melbourne on the day be■te the Moa sailed, with intelligence of the loss ■ the Conside, steamer, which sailed from SydB for Melbourne on the sth September.
