The Water to be of the best description, and to be delivered at either of the Barracks as may be directed. Price lo be stated at . per 100 gallons. The Contractor will be required to provide such assistance in loadingand unloading as is given customarily by carters in that respect. The Contractor will be required lo give a bond with sureties for tIOO, for the due performance of his Contract.
