These Farms are divided only by the Howick Road, and about half a mile from the Ferry, one having a water frontage and enclosed with a substantial three-rail fence, with 30 acres of grass laid down, a weather-boarded House, containing three rooms ; a substantial Stockyard, and a good supply of water. The land of the farms are well known to be of excellent quality. Should these Farms not meet with a purchaser they will be offered on lease for a term .of years. Applications, by pre-paid letters, addressed to the undersigned, at " Penrose," or care of Weston & Co., Auckland, will meet with early attention.
