By His Excellency's command, W, LONSPALE. NOTICE TO MARINERS. ' Notice is hereby given, that a Fairway, has been marked off from Gellibrand's Point to the entrance of the River Yarra, with blacH buoys on the Port side, and red buoys on the Starboard side. No Vessel, Steamer, Lighter, or Boat, shall anchor across the entrance, or in the Fairway between these buoys. Vessels drawing Ten feet and under, may anchor on the Williamstown side within the line of black buoys, leaving the approach to the Wharf clear for Steam -boats. Vessels, Lighters, or Boats, are on no account to anchor in the middle of any part of the River Yarra, but when detained they shall lay close over on either side of the River.
