COUNTRY FARMS.

A very valuable DAIRY FARM, known as " Penrose," five miles from Auckland, on the Great South Road, containing 253 acres of excellent Land, of which about 170 acres are substantially fenced, principally with stone walls; about 100 acres are laid down to grass, and the remainder ploughed ready | for crop. The paddocks are all well watered, and the Garden and Orchard well stocked with Fruit Trees. Also, a good HOUSE containing nine rooms, part of which is a stone building just completed.

TWO FARMS

on the East Bank of the Tamaki, each containing about sixty acres. These Farms are divided only by the Howick Road, and about half a mile from the Ferry, one having a water frontage and enclosed with a substantial three-rail fence, with 30 acres of grass laid down, a weather-boarded House, containing three rooms ; a substantial Stockyard, and a good supply of water. The land of the farms are well known to be of excellent quality. Should these Farms not meet with a purchaser they will be offered on lease for a term of years. Applications, by pre-paid letters, addressed to the undersigned, at " Penrose," or care of Weston k Co., Auckland, will meet with early attention.
