Cattle, &c, for Shughier— A good supply of suitable sheep has come to maiket since last lepott; the number ot bullocks sent to town has Ulleii oft considetably, the piescut supply not being equal the demand; lambs and calves aie snll staice— p<n ticul.it ly the l.ittei ; <iiid the demand foi pigs is in advance ot the amvals. A small lot of 20 bullocks sold ji 255. pet head, 145 at 3()5., 81 at 405., 100 at 415., and 80 at 425. Calves die worth fi om 10s to 30s. accoiding to qiuhty. Sheep -600 were bought at Cs. 3d. pet head, 750 .it (is. Od., 700 at 7s. 3d., 1000 in vety supeuor condition realised S>s. per head. Two lots of lambs wcie sold, one at fli. Martjn has sold dm ing the month, J25 head, viz. :— One entire, £210; two blood fillies, at i 575 each ; one ditto at £50 ; one at £3G ; two at £27 • two at £25 ; eight at £20 ; ten at £18; fifteen at £16; lomtceii at £15, twenty-three fiom £10 to £12; eigeteeu fiom £6 to £10 ; twentyeight from £2 ss. to £0; thoi o«gd good hoises well bioken both to s,i(ldicj ami harness, sell well, butveiy few in the waikct, likewise good dianght, but no demand fo> pooi unbioken stock.
